Contemporary Pan-Asian serving traditional and unique-twist dishes, with a playful, comical undertone.

Pot & Rice, a contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant serving traditional Clay Pot dishes and unique Asian twists, is an already established space situated in the trendy Elephant Park neighbourhood in London’s Elephant & Castle. They needed a slight push forward with their brand collateral to coincide with the opening of their new second site in playful Soho. Retaining their main brand assets such as their existing logo, colour palette and typography, the challenge was to redesign and inject some new life into their menus and brand assets. Working with fine-line and comic illustrator, Anastasia Druzhininskaya, she expanded on the illustrative work already seen with the space and provided us with her images using a similar aesthetic – which were then used across the brand in a playful way. The result was a series of new ‘tick-list’ menu designs, and a new table booklet offering customers a look into the brand and what’s on offer – for those who haven’t been before.
