Not your average chocolate. Creating playful and colourful worlds for East London’s favourite neighbourhood grocery.

Chocolate packaging design for East London’s favourite neighbourhood grocery stores, eat17. Bored with the same old chocolate, eat17 decided to launch their very own Handmade Chocolate; small batched, new flavours and new spins on old ‘classics. Working with organisations that ensure there is no child labour found within the production chain; and that farmers are also paid a fair price for sustainably farmed cocoa. With eat17 already having such a distinctive and playful visual aesthetic, it was our job to take their brand assets, expand on these, create new ones and implement a look and feel dedicated to their chocolate range. We created individual scenes per each flavour bar, creating playful and colourful ‘worlds’ that stand brightly on the shelves. eat17 stores have the tagline Not Your Average Stores, so it made sense to position these as, Not Your Average Chocolate.
